Have you lost your luggage or left something behind on a BUS?

If so, please contact the transport operator of the bus you were traveling on. The transport operator is obliged to hold any items found on one of its buses. The name of the transport operator can be found on your ticket.

Have you lost your luggage or left something behind at the BUS TERMINAL?

If so, send us an email at uschovna@florenc.cz with a description of the item. We will then contact you.

Alternatively, you can stop by our luggage storage office at the H2 - Terminal Building, where you will find our Lost and Found.
